Clifty Falls features a park rife with waterfalls, trails to hike and absolutely beautiful scenery. The following are shots of scenes we enjoyed at lookout points during our travel in this substantially sized park. My wife, my friend and I spent a relaxing, yet fun filled day while here. Kelly, you visit the most beautiful tranquil spots....and look! You guys don't have any snow on the ground. Ours is still white, well really more grey-taupe colored at this point. I'm glad to see your photos. Thanks!

THE SNEE- Yeah, I'm lucky there are a lot of nice parks in my state and the surrounding states. All of them are very well kept. And yes, thank God, the snow has finally gone. It got up to 73 degrees today. Amazing. Sorry to hear you still have the dirty snow on your ground. I figured it would have been gone from your area by now. Maybe your temps will rise soon and high enough to make it vanish. I know it's a hassle.

Thanks for the great photos compliment. Yeah, I truly do feel blessed in the fact we have so many nice, scenic parks around here that let you do just about anything except maybe ride a horse in the buff on the horse trails. Darn.

Wow... I really need to explore a place so magical. I have many favorite spots near where I live, but just haven't been out to explore their beauty in so long. Shame on me. I think I'm gonna make that a big goal over the next few weeks. Stimuli changes everything, mainly perspective.

Being out in nature does change your perspective on things. You are correct, madam. And it soothes the soul and mind in ways not all people appreciate. That would be a great idea- to go out and commune with nature. For me, it's like a natural tranquilizer- not to mention being very therapeutic.

This looks like a really relaxing place for a Sunday morning! I missed doing this with my family and then end it with a picnic...good times!
Tasos- It really is a serene place to go and allow nature to instill peace within you. I can see why you would miss doing this with your family. Ending a day like that with a picnic would be the perfect finish to a beautiful day. Take care.
