Surrounded By The Early Autumn Trees

Trees are their most beautiful and amazing, I find, during the Fall season. They offer color, shade and seem to embrace you with their inviting long, outward branches.

I took these photos along various roads and parks in Indiana and Kentucky.

Nice pics. I can't think why Kelly but, despite what you said, I was actually expecting some insanity.
Good luck with this new blog. You must have a lot of time on your hands these days!

Hi Kelly,
I'm here. Really nice photos and I'm so pleased you've gone ahead and set this site up. I know that this will be a most positive resource and distraction for you.
The scenery is quite similar to that around here.
Take care and happy shooting. Photographs, that is:-)

bazza- Hahaha... I surpised the hell outta ya, didn't I? Well, it's all worth it now! Tee hee. Thanks for the compliment, man. As far as time is concerned, I have a pinch more of it but still not enough. I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day.

MarytrMom- I'm glad you like it. I plan on putting up some cool weather-related pics up soon that I took today. We had a lot of tornado warnings and wind gusts of up to 70 miles per hour, today.

Thanks for following this blog. And bazza, if you're reading this, thank you, too.

klahanie- Thanks for the compliments, my friend. I thought they would make a nice start to the new blog. And thanks for following this blog, Gary. I know how much trouble you went to, to get 'er done. :)

Yeah, I noticed that, too, regarding the scenery of both locales. In the tri-state area of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio, we have a lot of trees and parks. And more.

Take very good care, dude.

Sir Tom Eagerly- Yes, Sir Tom, this is where I go to clear my head full of thumbtacks and ferris wheels. Hee ho.

Nice. We don't really get Fall colors down here in the sub-tropics. I miss the colors (but NOT the snow...)

Thanks, Lana. That's too bad about you guys not getting the Fall colors down there but I tell ya what... I could live without the snow here in the Midwest. Especially the ice.
